Who is responsible
The controller for this website is Retirement Properties Limited, company number 01829518, registered office 1 Belmont, Bath, BA1 5DZ, United Kingdom. VAT GB691546410. Contact is by post to that office.
What the site does
The site is a set of pages you can read. There is no account, no basket, no form, and no newsletter. You are not asked to type in a name, an email address, or a payment card here.
Cookies and similar storage
These pages do not set cookies, do not use local storage, and do not embed analytics, advertising pixels, or video. Fonts and pictures are files on this same site. Because there is nothing to accept or refuse, there is no cookie banner.
Connection logs
A host that serves the site may keep ordinary connection logs, such as IP address, date, the address of the page, and the browser’s user agent, so it can run and protect the server. The pages themselves do not add a tracking store. We do not sell log data. If a host keeps logs, the usual reason is security, for a short period, under legitimate interests.
The offer link
The home page links to the Bodi-Tek product page. From the moment that page opens, Bodi-Tek (and anyone it uses to run the shop) is a separate controller. Their cookies, payments, and privacy notice are theirs. We may earn a commission if you buy after using the link. We do not receive your card details.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask for a copy of personal data we hold, ask for a correction, object to certain uses, and ask for deletion where the law allows. Write to the registered office. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
Because this site does not run an account or a form, we may have no file under your name at all.
